Marketing Product Manager

  • Has 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • With a Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Management

  • Review performance indicators and provide analytical monthly updates on product sales performance to propose plans and actions;
  • Discuss and propose category performance and opportunities with sales and trade marketing colleagues to maximize topline and execute Point-Of-Sale Projects;
  • Co-ordination with Supply Chain Department in order to have an adequate stock levels;
  • Conduct market researches on existing and new products;
  • Identify new opportunities for Product Launches;

Driver/Delivery Person

 “Lead in Promoting Company’s Multinational range of products”

Definite Contract basis

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to the customers according to instructions;
  • Orders are prepared in cooperation with the warehouse & transport coordinator;
  • Goods and equipment are packed/unpacked and stored according to instructions;
  • Returns from customers are taken back and delivered to warehouse in accordance with instructions and procedures;
  • Record of deliveries should be kept at all times;
  • Cash and cheques are collected upon delivery according to terms and conditions;
  • Ensure safe remittance to the office or to Bank in accordance with the standard instructions;
  • Other duties assigned, performed in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

Education and experience:

  • C and C1 license
  • In possession of CPC
  • Previous material handling experience preferred
  • Autonomy and ability to work with minimum supervision;

Business Co-pilot Specialist

You will be responsible for monthly forecasting projections, transfer price communications and long-term financial planning.  Coordination across functions will be your day-to-day job so as to ensure 100% quality of reporting, whilst ensuring total respect of deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide insight and strongly support a fact-based decision-making process, based on current business environment and financial information
  • Assist in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction towards target achievement at any time in the process.
  • Facilitate the monthly and yearly forecasting process.
  • Analyze and challenge company / product performance based on key indicators (variances, level of fixed cost, etc.) and promote the culture of Return on Invested Capital / ATR on CAPEX related topics (whenever relevant) including Post Evaluation of Capex proposals
  • Work closely with Decision Support and Control in order to provide a high quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's
  • Ensure internal control requirements are met

Education and experience

  • Qualification in Finance, Accountancy or Business Management
  • 1-2 years’ experience in finance function would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to credibly and persuasively support the decision-making processes
  • Ability to work as a team player to achieve common goals
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach in proposing new ways of working

The Category & Channel Sales Development Department acts as a catalyst between the Sales & Marketing functions, developing ways to aid the Sales team to deliver the various marketing ambitions.  The successful candidate will be an integral part of our CCSD Team, developing and building relations between all departments and ensuring that the various targets in place are reached.

 

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Has 3-5 years' experience in a trade marketing, sales or marketing role in FMCG;
  • Has a strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and a flair for number crunching;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the local trade customers, competition and structure;
  • Is Curious, motivated and has a willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player to achieve common goals;
  • A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
