As a marketing assistant, you are a marketeer who is ready to start your career and play a part in the smooth functioning of key marketing departmental activities that relates to stakeholders, purchasing, tracking performances, working closely with supply chain department, distributors, and marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing campaigns follow up, scheduling and campaign operational planning with all stakeholders;
- Coordination of Labels creation process with agency and approvers;
- Initiate and follow up New Product Code creation process;
- Purchase order, creation and follow up for marketing activities;
- Sampling activity and tracking, including digital sampling.
- Social media platforms management together with the agency;
- Review and report performance indicators on digital, Sales and promo activity;
- Good co-ordination with supply chain department in order to have on time new code creation and relabelling activities;
- Healthy business relationship with all stakeholder especially with our distributors and marketing agencies;
- Market research on existing portfolio or new product categories;
- Retail audits.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or any other equivalent marketing related qualification.
- No need of marketing experience.
