In this role, you will secure the daily operations of the Nestlé Consumer Centre (NCC), ensuring smooth and efficient running of the centre. You will help in driving a positive overall consumer experience whilst fostering positive engagement and community involvement through our CSR initiatives at the Centre.

We are looking for somebody who has:
- Experience in client facing roles
- Project management skills;
- Excellent problem solver / improvisor.
To perform the following tasks:
- Oversee, lead, & develop the team at the Nestlé Consumer Centre in daily operations;
- Ensure proper staffing cover by liaising with 3rd party supplier for relievers when required;
- Responsible for handling enquiries and customer complaints;
- Weekly stock management, ordering, & reporting (gifts, operational supplies);
- Managing key partners, agencies & suppliers;
- Mantaining data on systems & platforms;
- Monthly KPI report (+ any ad hoc reports);
- Revising & improving Standard operating procedures;
- Leverage on consumer data;
- Management of maintenance within Nestlé Consumer Centre building;
- Management of housekeeping practices.
