We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant who is eager to kick-start a career in Human Resources within an international, purpose-driven company.

A Day in the Life…

As an HR Assistant, you will support the smooth running of HR operations by assisting in handling the daily administrative HR duties while contributing to a positive employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Talent & Employee Experience
  1. Support recruitment activities from job posting to candidate communication and interview coordination
  2. Assist with onboarding and HR inductions to ensure a smooth start for new employees
  3. Support offboarding processes and feedback collection
  4. Contribute to creating a positive, engaging employee experience
  • HR Administration & Systems
  1. Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  2. Prepare employment documentation and support lifecycle processes
  3. Ensure accurate data management and compliance with company standards
  • Operations, Compliance & Coordination
  1. Support HR operations, reporting, and compliance activities
  2. Liaise with external stakeholders where required (e.g. work permits, reporting bodies)
  3. Assist with vendor coordination and basic procurement processes
  • Team & Business Support
  1. Support wellbeing initiatives and HR projects
  2. Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

What Will Make You Successful

  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • A strong interest in building a career in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Computer literacy (MS office tools)
  • A relevant qualification will be considered an asset
