As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in enabling our Sales team to perform at their best by ensuring seamless back-office support and excellent customer service. You will act as a key pillar within the Sales department, supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate systems, and ensuring efficient order and customer management processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering excellence.
A Day in the Life
- Process customer purchase orders received via email and convert them into accurate sales orders
- Maintain and update customer account information across systems
- Support SalesTime administration, including order adjustments and allocation of customers and sales representatives
- Manage system (SAP) back-end processes, including:
- Order creation, updates, and cancellations
- Advertising, staff, and canteen-related orders
- Support logistics processes in SAP (delivery creation, modifications, or cancellations)
- Handle customer credit notes, billing queries, and incentives-related information
- Prepare and share customer credit statements
- Track and monitor orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Head of Sales and wider team
What Will Make You Successful
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
