Giuliana Isolani, Country Manager at Nestlé Malta, commented "In this challenging time, our employees’ and their families are our prior concern. While some departments have been faced with a slowdown or a complete stoppage, the related employees have been offered temporary assignments in line with their personal capabilities and the business needs. Their response has been amazing, showing flexibility and willingness to help the business. Furthermore, to those colleagues who are considered vulnerable people and who cannot telework, Nestlé will guarantee full compensation for 12 weeks, without drawing on the public resources made available by the Government due to the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19. To further demonstrate our gratitude and appreciation to colleagues who are at the forefront we are offering free meals and we will also be giving a special monetary recognition. "
At this time of the year, Nestlé plays an important role in the Easter celebrations by offering a vast range of Easter Eggs selection for each family member.
