As an Office and Facility Clerk at Nestlé, you will be an integral part of our General Services Department, assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of our head office and distribution center.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities 

  • Support the set-up and maintenance of local General Services and Facility processes, ensuring the compliance with guidelines and procedures are achieved and maintained.
  • Coordinate the maintenance activities of Head Office and Distribution Center;
  • Propose opportunities for improvement and more effective ways of working;
  • Follow up the yearly planner including servicing and certification of equipment;
  • Maintain Car & Fleet management, with service suppliers, administrative, and contractual requirements;
  • Follow procurement guidelines and procedures, including quotes, and justification forms;
  • Administrative duties related with the above areas of responsibility;
  • To perform any other ad hoc duty that might be deemed appropriate.

Education and experience

  • Previous professional experience across General Service and Facility area, safety, health and/or environmental areas is considered an asset;
  • Exposure and displayed interest for change management projects;
  • Good communication skills – written and spoken English;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player to achieve common goals;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
