Technical Operations Co-ordinator

In a dynamic role, you will be the key player in delivering first-line technical support while expertly organizing technical tasks and optimizing work allocation for our field technical team. You will ensure the seamless flow of trade assets, spare parts and information, adhering to best warehousing practices.

By managing the warehouse ecosystem with a keen focus on regulatory compliance, quality standards and labour laws, you will foster a productive working environment. Additionally, you will spearhead innovative process and cost improvement initiatives, consistently driving down end-to-end total delivered costs and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line customer support by capturing and assisting with technical tickets.
• Coordinate and schedule Technical Team service appointments for emergency breakdowns, installations, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
• Ensure visibility of Trade Assets by aligning system registries with the physical status.
• Conduct regular inventory counts in warehouses and the market for both direct and indirect networks.
• Support idle trade assets management and optimization by handling idle equipment in order to meet common targets.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to define the budget request for Trade Assets CAPEX, aligning it with the demand plan.
• Ensure that the reception and shipment of planned Trade Asset orders are executed according to schedule.
• Manages and optimizes the budget for; trade assists, spare parts & transportation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Define succession and growth plans for staff development.
• Evaluate staff performance and validate appropriate incentives or corrective actions
