As a Transport Clerk, you will be responsible for the coordination of the outbound flow, documentation and data input and provide support to the Transport coordinator to ensure accurate outbound operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible of all clerical duties within the deliveries operation.
- Process inventory movements using inventory control system and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ensure continuous flow of data input in respect to the outbound operation by creating Transfer Orders & issuing customers invoices.
- Management of flow of documents in particular GRNs, and Clients purchase order and make sure that these are properly updated and handed to the drivers or to the accounts department depending on the necessity.
- Receipt of goods from customers in form of returns and/or refusals and ensure that data input is correct, and goods are properly received and entered in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with drivers on their return to the warehouse to ensure receipt of all documents entrusted to them during the deliveries have been returned and accounted for.
- Handling enquiries from drivers, customers, salesmen and reception in a cordial manner and ensure follow up and conclusion.
- Assist the warehouse inbound operators in concluding receipts of stocks, ensure that data inputted in the system is accurate and that all documents are duly filled and passed on to supply chain for the finalization of receipts.
- Assist in stock counts in collaboration with supply chain personnel
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time are performed in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

Education & Experience:
- At least a secondary school certificate
- Basic computer knowledge (in particular use of MS Office tools
- Ability and experience in using warehouse equipment is an asset
- Fluent in Maltese and English (written and spoken)
