Chocolate Mousse

With Perugina Nero with Hazelnuts

This light yet delicious classic chocolate dessert can be ready in minutes and with just a few simple ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

315g Perugina Nero with Hazelnuts

190g butter (cubed)

5 eggs yolks

8 egg whites (whipped)

50g sugar

300g whipped cream


METHOD:

1) Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or using a bain marie.

2) Remove from the heat and add in the butter, stirring it with a wooden spoon until combined.

3) Allow the mixture to cool completely.

4) Stir in the egg yolks, one by one. Then add the whipped egg whites.

5) As soon as the mixture is combined, stir in the whipped cream.

6) Pour into a serving container or individual shot glasses and keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.
