Business Control Specialist

As a Business Control Specialist at Nestlé, you will be providing insight and supporting a fact-based decision-making process, based on current business environment and financial knowledge. 

We're looking for a finance professional who possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills willing to embrace a new challenge in a Business Controlling role.

We are looking for somebody who has: 

  • A qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management 
  • Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function is an asset
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience would be an asset
  • Fluency in English

 Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication skills to credibly and persuasively support the decision-making processes 

  • Ability to work as a team player to achieve common goals

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach in proposing new ways of working

To give them the following tasks: 

  • Provide insight and strongly support business strategy formulation based on current business environment and financial information;
  • Assist in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction towards target achievement; 
  • Facilitate the monthly and yearly forecasting process;
  • Understand all cost and top line components of the P&L and assess these different elements;
  • Support the optimization of the product portfolio and the business Innovation & Renovation process;
  • Support new business initiatives (e.g. new business model, acquisitions) from a financial perspective;
  • Ensure internal control requirements are met
