As a Junior Business Co-pilot at Nestlé, you will be assisting in providing insight to the Business Manager, whilst supporting a fact-based decision-making process, based on current business environment. You’ll be using your numerical aptitude to provide support on current business performance as well as ongoingly challenge strategies.

We are looking for somebody who has:
- A qualification in Finance or Accountancy would be an asset though not a requirement
- Experience in Accounting / Finance function is an asset
- Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
- Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to credibly and persuasively guide decision-making at all levels of the organization
To give them the following tasks:
- Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision-making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood.
- Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up action plans.
- Key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process, providing transparency and direction towards target achievement at any time in the process, as well as facilitating the forecasting process.
- Work closely with the Co-piloting team and other business functions in order to provide high quality data, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's.
